You Haven’t Focused On Your Customers
So, we want to start this article by telling you what you probably haven’t done, and why that will have stopped growth.
Although you might think you’re always thinking of your customers, this is not necessarily going to be the case. In the grand scheme of things, money will be at the forefront of your mind, and it can often cloud your vision.
Take your website as an example, you might only be thinking about the customers that have purchased something, rather than the ones who are clicking but never buying.
If you were to use conversion rate optimisation, you’d have real time data showing you how many complete their goal on your website, and how many close it down.
With the information of how many close it down and where, you could easily move your efforts to the suffering area, and have so many more paying customers at your disposal!
You Need An Outside View
This is the best piece of advice that someone might give you for a long time.
If you get a business analyst to come in and have a look at how your company is run, and the processes that govern it, you’ll get such good feedback about changes that you’ve got to make.
To have someone who doesn’t know your company looking in is invaluable, because they’ll be able to see any cracks that an insider wouldn’t.
They can also help you to formulate a business plan moving forward, to help the future of your company.
You Need To Put The Pressure On
You need to put the pressure on both yourself, and your employees.
If you know you want a big push for growth before the year is out, it’s only going to happen if you put maximum effort in.
To ensure your employees are working as you need them to, make sure that you’re giving them incentives to work towards.
You’re more likely to get something out of them if they know they’ve got something to work towards!
